Spring Day & Night Yoga Classes - May Start Date!
Power Flow Yoga combines yoga with fitness and Pilates. This class will be yoga based with a vigorous fitness component. We will be working at building and strengthening our muscles with the use of props and fitness equipment. We will explore our bodies with openness and playfulness; we will stretch and explore our passive and active energies. All are welcome, as this class will modify to individual needs.
Thur 8:30-9:30pm, $10 / Class / 6 sessions
Supportive Chair Yoga takes yoga off of the mat and onto the chair. A yoga class that is perfect for those that aren't comfortable or are unable to get up and off the ground.
Tue 12:15-1:15pm, $10 / Class / 6 sessions
Focus on health, balance, strength and harmony through personal awareness of The Self. Discover a holistic way to heal the mind-body and propel yourself into self-discovery and self-healing.
