WINTER SESSION: Five Wednesday evenings, November 18 to December 16, 2020.
Jen Martin will guide you through an all levels of Hatha flow style practice. The practice will vary from week to week but will consistently include breathing exercises, a gentle warmup, seated postures, standing postures, balances and guided relaxation. Dress in comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring your own yoga mat, blanket and water bottle.
