The Bonnie Doon Community League plays a central role in strengthening our community: connecting residents by offering engaging programs and events, promoting resources inside and outside the community and communicating information.

- compassionate residents who care about and regularly interact with one another
- mixed composition of age, culture, income and housing options
- pedestrian-friendly; easy to walk to various gathering places
- a central location with access to nature (Mill Creek Ravine and the river valley), downtown and Whyte Avenue
- mature trees throughout the neighbourhood
- the important role of French language and culture
- a rich history that is still shared
