Our T’ai Chi Chih group meets Wednesday mornings, year ‘round.
Currently our T’ai Chi Chih practices are best suited for those with T’ai Chi Chih experience.
Our certified teacher, Tamara Zujewskyj Brese, leads the group through the movements each week ending classes with the cosmic consciousness pose.
