Looking for a fun way to stay active with your little one? Jen Martin is offering parent and tot yoga at Bonnie Doon Hall Wednesday mornings from 9:30-10:30 am,. The class gives kids the opportunity to practice body movements and breath work in a playful and fun way. Parents are encouraged to come to class with an open and playful mindset. Through games and activities the adults and children move and play. It's a colourful, musical and playful adventure for both parent and tot.

We are offering yoga classes at Bonnie Doon Hall Wednesday evenings, 7:30 to 8:45 p.m. Jen Martin is teaching a hatha flow style class for all levels of experience. A 10-week session began on Wednesday, September 30, but drop-in classes are available throughout the session. Cost: General public: $110 for the 10-week session; $13 drop-in. Community league members: $80 for the entire session; $10 drop-in.Members of any community league member are eligible for this rate, not just members of Bonnie Doon Community League. Payment can be made by cash or cheque. (Cheques made to Bonnie Doon Community League). What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle, blanket, clothing you can move comfortably in.
