Six days ago I was looking out my kitchen window at a large, dead branch that was hanging from an otherwise attractive tree growing next to 93 Avenue. I had been looking at the ugly thing for a few years. It was finally time to do something about it!
I called 311 and described the branch and the location of the tree. Today I happened to look out the same kitchen window and, voilà, a better looking view! Of course, the City pruned the dead branch only because the tree was located on the city-owned property adjacent to the avenue.
