French Quarter Grand Marché and La Cité Francophone are are excited to announce the Sunset Soirée, a Frenchthemed Date Night on July 5, 2015. The romantic comic fantasy Amélie (french soundtrack with English subtitles) will be projected under the stars in the beautiful La Cité courtyard, with French wine & beer, al fresco service from Café Bicyclette, popcorn and local food trucks.
Adult tickets are $22 and include 1 glass of wine and hors d’oeuvres. Kid’s tickets are $12, but please note Amélie is rated 14A. Gates at 8:00pm, movie at sunset (approximately 10:00pm). Limited chair seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the courtyard. Otherwise, BYOblanket or lowback, lowleg chair (legs 8" maximum) to enjoy the show on the grassy knoll.
