Registration for 2014-2015 indoor soccer is coming up

Location: Bonnie Doon Mall
Registration forms are available online at Edmonton South East Soccer or you can fill them out at registration. You will need a 2014-15 Community Membership, available at registration. You will need to fill out facility waiver forms, also available online or at registration. You will need to bring a Birth Certificate and Alberta Health care card for each individual being registered. Deposit cheques for Participation / Uniforms are to be made out to E.S.E.S.A
Each family will be required to pay a Participation Deposit (post date a cheque Jan 15, 2015) $150.00). Each player also needs to pay a Uniform Deposit ( post date a cheque Jan 15, 2015) $75.00). U6 players are exempt.
Registration fees are $250 for all players with the following exceptions: $165 for U6 players (born in 2009/10) and U8 players (born in 2007/08). All cheques are to be made out to E.S.E.S.A.
