Café Bicyclette welcomes all Maple Syrup lovers to come and join in the fun at the inaugural Sugar Terrace/The Urban Maple Sugar Shack at La Cité Francophone. Located on the beautiful terrace of La Cité Francophone, this Sugar Terrace/Terrasse à sucre is the unique traditional meets urban fare experience!
Chef Éric Amyotte prepares some maple infused delicacies including; smoked sturgeon, bone marrow and foie gras, Maple roasted rabbit and sugar pie, including the unbeatable tire d’érable (maple taffy) served up on a bed of snow just to name a few.
The Sugar Terrace/Patio is located at La Cité Francophone (8627 – Marie-Anne-Gaboury (91st)Street), it also means you’re outdoors. But in reality, the space has been well designed to deal with the cooler weather – it’s completely covered and there are heaters; however dress in layers as this is an outdoor evening experience.
Add to that the two wood stoves, and your urban sugar terrace experience is complete.
